The use of de-icers or bubblers is neither expressly permitted nor prohibited by the Commonwealth or the Borough.
De-Icers or Bubblers increase the risk of thin ice in or near the point of use, even in frigid weather.
Used improperly, these devices may impact ice thickness well beyond the intended area and point of use.
